Operating Rules – Alpin Coaster

Basic Provisions

  • Riding on all tracks is at your own risk.
  • Every visitor is required to comply with these operating rules and the instructions of the staff.
  • If the rules are violated, the rider may be excluded from the ride without compensation.

Ride Safety

  • The rider is obliged to ride at a speed that does not endanger themselves or others.
  • It is necessary to maintain a safe distance:
    • at least 25 meters
    • at least 50 meters when wet
  • On the track it is forbidden to:
    • stop
    • turn around
    • obstruct traffic
  • The rider must during the entire ride:
    • sit facing forward
    • watch the track ahead
    • hold the brake with both hands

Restrictions and Prohibitions

  • During the ride, it is forbidden to use mobile phones, cameras, and photo cameras.
    An exception is firmly attached devices.
  • Riding under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances is prohibited.
  • It is not allowed to touch the track or the cart structure during the ride.

Children and Accompaniment

  • Children under 8 years old may ride only accompanied by an adult on one cart.
  • Children under 12 years old are recommended to use protective helmets.

Operation under Adverse Conditions

  • Braking distance increases when wet – increased caution is necessary.
  • The operator reserves the right to close the track in case of adverse conditions.

Other Provisions

  • By purchasing a ticket, the visitor confirms agreement with these operating rules.
  • No compensation can be provided for damaged or invalid tickets.

Specific Rules for the Alpin Coaster

  • The rider is required to be properly strapped in during the ride and must not manipulate the safety features of the cart.
  • During the ride, it is forbidden to attempt to leave the cart or interfere with its structure in any way.
  • Boarding and disembarking are allowed only at designated places and according to staff instructions.
  • Carts may be equipped with safety systems (e.g., automatic braking) which must not be influenced or abused in any way.
  • The ride is not suitable for persons with health limitations that could be worsened by the ride.
