Operating Rules

Basic Provisions

  • Riding on all tracks is at your own risk.
  • Every visitor is required to comply with these operating rules and the instructions of the staff.
  • Riders may be excluded from riding without compensation if the rules are violated.

Ride Safety

  • The rider is obliged to ride at a speed that does not endanger themselves or others.
  • It is necessary to maintain a safe distance:
    • at least 25 meters
    • at least 50 meters when wet
  • The following are prohibited on the track:
    • stopping
    • turning around
    • obstructing traffic
  • The rider must at all times during the ride:
    • sit facing forward
    • watch the track ahead
    • hold the brake with both hands

Restrictions and Prohibitions

  • Using mobile phones, cameras, and photo cameras during the ride is prohibited.
    An exception is firmly attached devices.
  • Riding under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances is prohibited.
  • It is not allowed to touch the track or the cart structure during the ride.

Children and Accompaniment

  • Children under 8 years old may ride only accompanied by an adult on one cart.
  • Children under 12 years old are recommended to use a protective helmet.

Operation under Adverse Conditions

  • Braking distance increases when wet – increased caution is necessary.
  • The operator reserves the right to close the track in case of adverse conditions.

Additional Provisions

  • By purchasing a ticket, the visitor confirms agreement with these operating rules.
  • No compensation can be provided for damaged or invalid tickets.

Specific Rules for the Alpine Coaster

  • The rider is required to be properly strapped in during the ride and must not tamper with the safety features of the cart.
  • It is forbidden to attempt to leave the cart or interfere with its construction in any way during the ride.
  • Boarding and disembarking are allowed only at designated places and according to the staff’s instructions.
  • Carts may be equipped with safety systems (e.g., automatic braking) which must not be influenced or abused in any way.
  • The ride is not suitable for persons with health limitations that could be worsened by the ride.
